Terms of Service

By using the services of Local GTA Locksmith, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services provided, including but not limited to car key replacement, programming, repair, and emergency locksmith services.

Local GTA Locksmith provides:

• Car key replacement and duplication
• Key fob programming and repair
• Transponder key programming
• Lost car key recreation
• Emergency locksmith services
• Push-to-start key services
• Remote key programming

Our services are available throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including but not limited to Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, and surrounding areas.

• All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
• Emergency service rates may apply during off-hours
• Additional charges may apply for specialty keys or complex programming
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified

We provide the following warranties on our services:

• 90-day warranty on all programming services
• 1-year warranty on replacement keys and key fobs
• 30-day warranty on repair services
• Warranty covers defects in workmanship, not damage from misuse
• Original receipt required for all warranty claims

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide valid identification and proof of vehicle ownership
• Ensure safe and accessible work environment
• Provide accurate vehicle information
• Be present during service or authorize a representative
• Pay for services upon completion
• Test all keys and functions before technician departure

Local GTA Locksmith's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to vehicles or locks
• Damage caused by customer misuse or negligence
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Lost profits or business interruption
• Damage to aftermarket accessories or modifications

Emergency services are available 24/7. Emergency rates apply outside regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8 AM - 6 PM). Response time may vary based on location and weather conditions.

• Services can be cancelled up to 30 minutes before scheduled arrival
• Cancellation fees may apply for same-day cancellations
• Emergency calls cancelled after technician dispatch may incur travel charges
• Weather-related cancellations are at the discretion of Local GTA Locksmith
